SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

Dodomat Sdn. Bhd. ship products in Malaysia. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), and your shipment’s destination.

Shipping Charges

The package of your order affects how much delivery will cost.

Peninsular Malaysia: Free shipping is available for orders placed in a single transaction.

The package of your order will decide the delivery costs to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Shipment fees charges for East Malaysia:

Basic package = RM30.00

Standard package = RM35.00

Combo package = RM90.00

International Order / Charges

Only Singapore and Brunei are available as delivery options for overseas transactions; however, we have no authority over the customs or duty fees that your government may impose, so you are still responsible for paying them on top of the shipping rates.

We are open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday. (Except on federal holidays).

Once the order(s) have been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Once the transaction has been approved, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.

Upon order confirmation for items that are in stock, you will get your order in 7–14 working days.

Please get in touch with our customer service and provide your order reference from your order confirmation email if your ordered things haven't arrived after 21 days.

In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the goods due to unattended receiver at the time of delivery, or inaccurate and incomplete address, additional deliver charges may apply.

DODOMAT SDN. BHD. is not responsible for shipping charges of returned packages due to missing or wrong information. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. See our Return policy.
